HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP...

Since 1977 the LULAC Council #2055 has raised over $200,000.00 for LULAC scholarship applicants.  Salinas LULAC Council #2055 has a national agreement with the LULAC National Educational Service Center (LNESC) in Washington D.C. and for every dollar raised by Salinas LULAC Council #2055, the LNESC will match our organization by 60% for scholarship money.

LULAC Council #2055 accepts scholarship applications every year between January 15 and March 20.  All scholarship applicants will receive a form letter of acceptance or denial by May 15.  In general, recipients receive their first scholarship disbursement after July 15 and their second after January 15.
